The HOUSE:

Fully furnished. 3 bedroom queenslander, spacious separate lounge and dining rooms. Airconditioned in main areas (and this cools all bedrooms too). Large back deck with BBQ overlooking huge back yard and backing onto peaceful parkland. Widescreen TV with Netflix and surround sound in living room and comfortable couches. Full gourmet kitchen with gas stove, large fridge and LOTS of storage and bench space. There is also ample storage under the house.

The SPACE:

Sharing with 2 lovely guys who work full-time and one small, very cute cat. One of the guys is a landscaper so all gardening is done inhouse! Everyone works fulltime (except the cat) and is tidy and respectful (including the cat!).. We like to have a beer after work or drinks on the weekend, and just chill out most of the time.. I love living here because of the location and relaxed vibe but I'm moving in with my partner - so can move out any time from now. You would be taking over my lease which is until September. (And Sorry NO dogs!)
