It’s a very comfortable place with everything you need only footsteps away. It’s also 10 minutes from Adelaide CBD, 10 minutes from the Airport, 10 minutes from beaches as well as walking distance to Kurralta Park shopping centre and a central public transport hub. 10 minutes away from Adelaide CBD and 10 minutes from Glenelg beach

I offer furnishings aircon/heating big screen TV with Netflix and Stan, stereo and all other living bits including an “everything you need” entertainment unit and a desk with a well-equipped desktop PC and tablet plus all white goods and cooking needs. My home is affordable for all circumstances but I’d prefer a stable medium to long term flatmate arrangement, no backpackers please.
