Fully furnished and comfortable freestanding house in Applecross.
Are you the kind of person who likes to spend your Friday nights smashing Bacardi Breezers and listening to ghetto beats? Jog on. You’re not welcome here.

We're looking for another housemate (not a hermit) for our social club 'Matheson Mayhem'. There is a selection of rooms as there is a spare room for visitors to crash the night. It's a 5 (or 6) bedroom house in Applecross just 1 block from Melville waters (for the kitesurfers and kayakers out there) and the Adross street shops if you don't have a car. The room is big enough for a queen size bed and a still have some space around it. The house is fully furnished, but there is room for more if you have some (the place is gigantic).
Now for the backyard... did I mention the pool? Besides that there is three fish ponds, a rocking deck, a backyard (well, more of a national park) with gigantic trees, vegie gardens, lemon/lime/grapefruit/cumquat/raspberry trees (there's more but who needs details), 2 storage sheds (aside from the double garage), motorbike frogs, kookaburras, ducks, chickens (and eggs, but I'm not sure which was here first) and a compost.
WiFi – unlimited off peak included. For completely legal downloading. Of course.

Gerard - Gerard is an IC&T Project Manager and general Mr. fix it. He's got a 4Wdrive and isn't afraid to use it. Other likes include Kitesurfing, camping, playing any of his huge playlist of 6 songs on the guitar, live music, and general adventure sports. He will drink too much and sing badly if backed in to a corner.
Julia - Julia is a Marketing professional and likes everything what Gerard is doing. Easy to handle but sometimes hard to stop to party... find out more when you are here.
Dan - Dan is the security guard and all round nice guy. Also plays guitar (better than Gerard) and enjoys growing the worlds hottest chillis. Feel free to try some when you come around. You can rinse your mouth with beer afterwards...
We’re looking for a worldly person with a full-time job (or rich parents) who’s looking to find a lively place to call home. There is a no dickhead policy.
The room is available immediately so jump on the blower and give us a shout or send us an email if ya interested. You’re welcome to come and check out the house/join us for a drink at any time OR we will have an open inspection Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.
