Description of the home

Large house in Ballajura, big kitchen and wood burning fire place, full reverse cycle aircon to all bedrooms and living rooms. The house has a big garden that is bore watered and spacious indoor and outdoor entertainment areas including a swimming pool and spa.

We are clean neat and tidy male couple (living in master room) and share our 5 bedroom home with two very friendly dogs. The house is fully furnished throughout with standard mod cons in dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryers etc.. and full ADSL unlimited broadband thruought the house.

We are looking for 2 additional people to share our home with us, the rooms are furnished with a queen bed, bed side tables, chest of drawers and double robe, the bathroom has a shower and a bath, hand basin and separate toilet. Bathroom will be shared between the two housemates.

There is space for cars on the driveway. Bus stop is 50m down the road from us and comes every 20 minutes.
