The room comfortably fits a queen bed and a desk, and has a built in wardrobe. And you get a huge bathroom all to yourself. It faces onto a balcony with floor-to-ceiling glass doors so you get plenty of light and a beautiful view over the inner west.

Spacious kitchen with dishwasher and gas burner. Ducted A/C and heating. There is also a storage cage in the car park.

The apartment is a 5 min walk to Erskineville station, a 10 min walk to Sydney park and 10 min walk from King Street. Untimed on-street parking nearby

You’ll be living with me and Conor (a couple), we’re very easy going, and like to keep a tidy house. We usually keep things quiet during the week but will be out and about during the weekend checking out all the best cafes and bakeries in Sydney - I am also often baking in the kitchen so there will always be a cake or pastry waiting for you to try!
