Looking for 1-2 house mates.
Two room available with shared bathroom.
Rooms comfortably fit a queen bed with plenty of space for tv unit or desk.
Rent will include internet, electricity and water. Gas paid separately for when a new cylinder is needed. (Rent will depend is one/two people move in as will divide all bills equally. )
Decent patio area with soon upgrades or getting a retaining wall to make the yard more inviting.

House is located between redbank plains and Springfield Orion. Close to public transport.

Will be also living in with myself and partner. Both aged 26.
