Room to rent in luxurious 7th floor beachfront appartment along the esplanade at Glenelg 😊 Fall asleep listening to the waves or sit & read a book on our balcony that comes off of our loungeroom & overlooks the beach. Such breathtaking views and a peaceful environment.

The nitty gritty
The room is available now. Rent is $198 per week + the only other bill to worry about is 1/3 electricity (the last electricity bill was $242... split that between 3 & it was $80.66 each for the three month period)... a 200 gig internet account shared between 3 of us is included so no need to worry about that. I try to keep things as fair and cheap as possible for everyone. There is a security bond of 4 weeks rent that applies and I will need you to fill out a rental application form before taking the room in full to be considered so I can ensure that all is well and we get to know you & also so the owners know who is here too 😊 my aim is to have someone move in that is friendly, mature, honest, trust worthy, easy going & just really down to earth & chilled out. Our down time is mostly spent just enjoying the tranquility when we are home. I spend a lot of time seeing family & friends and heading off for different events or going for a hike (I'm an avid hiker).
