Beautiful light filled home furnished proudly. Plenty of space in living area, dinning area and full wrap around balcony with mt Samson views.

I have the most chill loving cat in the world that lives here. Theo is a tabby who's mostly plays outside but will come for cuddles every now and then, also brings twigs as presents.

We also have top speed NBN. Aswell as Netflix and Amazon prime that We're happy to share. The house is a smart home, With Google home and Sonos through out the house.

The bedroom up for rent is downstairs and comes with a massive private living area adjacent to the bedroom. It is the main bathroom at the top of the stairs.

We have a cleaner that comes for a couple of hours once a week. So the house is always clean and well maintained.

It's a happy chill home and super easy going. Looking for someone trustworthy and respectful of other people and their property.

There's a bus stop 20m away and Albany creek centre 5 min walk away.
