The house is located with 10 mins walk to Beckenham train station and about 3 minutes drive to Carousel Shopping Centre! Opposite to the house, you will find Mills Park Centre which has tennis & basketball courts, skating area, football grounds, soccer grounds, bike tracks, children's playground, outdoor fixed gym equipments, a local sporting club!

There are a few bus stops right outside of the house! The local IGA is about 1 km away.
The house has a huge backyard suitable to relaxing of any kinds! We also have a small organic garden. We also have 2 spare bikes at house that you can use for free to take an evening ride around the locality! There's ample parking off the road, both covered and uncovered.
