LOCATION-
A 4 min drive from welland shops, a 12 min drive to the RAH, a 10min walk to cafes, food works & bus stops. Anytime and durrimuts gyms also within a few min drive. Once on the bus less than a 15 min ride into the city.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
Youll share a large bathroom and powder room with two others which includes a large bath. The kitchen has both a smeg oven & dishwasher, a sharp block of knives and really any other kitchen appliances like blenders, toastie machines and soda streams youll need. Ducted heating and cooling. There is the main lounge room full of consoles from through out the ages and a small second lounge room often used as a zen room for relaxing, reading and yoga. Open plan living and a unusually LONG hallway. We like to keep clean; the house is treated more as a family home than a share house. We love our alone time but we also love board games nights and cheese platters. We are very open and non judgemental House that believes in respecting each other. We do our best with recycling and cutting down waste. We also believe banter is good for the soul.
Your room is a conservative size however still plenty of space for bedsides and a queen bed. Has A mirrored built in robe and floor boards.
