🏡 Located at the end of this quiet street, with the park next door you will find this lovely unit offers open plan lounge dining area, with private million dollar water views, from your entire lounge, dining & balcony! All of this within a few minutes easy walk to the ferry.
It is available ASAP and the rent is $450 for a single person and if you are a couple, we can discuss. Only electricity will be extra.

The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher), and there’s a single lock-up garage, ideal if you have a car or need extra storage.
We’re just a short walk to the ferry and surrounded by leafy parks and quiet walking paths. 🌊
Looking for someone (or a couple) friendly, tidy, and easygoing. The move-out date is mid September and I am bit flexible with it —just let me know your plans!
