My name is Ben. I'm a gay male professional. I moved to Sydney 8 years ago from Melbourne to work as as an Injury Specialist in the insurance industry & I'm still loving Sydney after all this time. I work regular hours of 8:30am-5pm & am based in Sydney CBD. I work a mandatory 2 days in a week in the office & 3 days a week at home.

During the weekdays I am usually by myself and pretty quiet enjoying relaxing at home but on friday nights/the weekends I like to have some friends over sometimes for a few of hours and then maybe go out to a restaurant or bars. I am usually out during the daylight hours of the weekend enjoying brunch out, going to the beach, hiking or just enjoying the great outdoors. Sometimes I also enjoy staying in and relaxing in front of the TV or on the internet.

I enjoy movies, hiking, bike riding, traveling, hanging out with friends, shopping, the beach, bars, cafes; and clubs. I cook for myself and eat at home most weeknights, although on weekends I don't always eat at home as I'm usually out and about.
Compatible people
I'm open to living with a gay friendly male or female (str8, bi or gay) who is pretty relaxed and friendly. I'm looking for someone who is reasonably tidy & will clean after themselves without being prompted (doesn't have to be spotless 24/7). Someone who's friendly and who has their own social life outside of home but enjoys coming back to a nice safe place to stay & maybe have a drink/food together sometime (I’d our schedules mesh). Also, someone who is financially stable and is able to pay the rent in full and on time without reminders. I'm a friendly and reasonable guy who's looking for someone who is reasonable about sharing an apartment, so that there can be negotiation and comprise about things like sharing the kitchen, cleaning duties, TV, Foxtel, DVD etc.
