Originally from England, been here 15 years living the dream and now a Ozzie citizen.
I have been in the lease and loved living here for 7 years and through two lockdowns!
Love life and a positive energy active person.
Work in the city 3 days a week and WFH Tuesdays and Wednesday.
My biggest philosophy is to be able to have a house share.
My stuff is your stuff.
The space is our space to appreciate.
I have spent care and attention in making the tree house a place of relax, zen and special place.
A haven near to lots of cool places but far enough, to feel nature from centennial park it fringes.
Totally up for guests on occasion, although not a party place.
I spend a lot of time in my room and the communal area a lot of the time is vacant.
Especially on the days where I work from home (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), usually will be out or in my room or out at the gym etc.
Love tennis, squash, want to get back on golf, gym and running.
During the week is fairly low key.
My job requires down time but equally love a cook up and film night.
In the summer especially is good for drinks on the balcony.
Been in the property for 7 years so know most of the building including the strata manager and neighbours. Its a friendly place which makes day to day living that bit nicer.
Be good to ideally find someone that loves this place as much as I do.
Ideally come onto the lease possibly longer term. No dramas if 3 months stint also.
There may be the option to take it over in a year or two also.
Street parking available / parking permit available.
