Private room, available now in French's Forest.
The master room is $330 incl bills, sharing with 2 single males, who rent the other 2 rooms in the house.
They work full time in the local area.
They work early so week nights Mon - Fri are usually quiet times before bed, you will get a good night sleep.
Not looking for shift workers, sorry guys!
One of the guys works in Sydney every other week, and goes home to North Qld on the off weeks, so you will be sharing mostly with one other!
This is not a party house, but the flatmates like to have a chat and share a drink when time allows.
The house is furnished but your room is not, it is big enough to accomodate a kings size bed and desk if required.
You will notice how clean and tidy the house is kept, so looking for a flatmate with similar mindset.
The house has a large yard to enjoy and you don’t need to worry about the garden maintenance as it is privately maintained.
It is surprisingly quiet, considering the location.
Shops are near and there is a bus stop across the road going to the City, Manly & Chatswood.
