The spectacular Robina Town Centre with great restaurants & shopping, plus bus & rail are a 10 minute walk, the airport only 20 minutes by car. The residential precinct is security gate controlled with free off street parking immediately out front.

About the occupants
Hi - I'm Chris (fully Covid vaxxed - x4) and other than my two small dogs - the maximum number permitted by the Gold Coast City Council, I'm the main occupant. My current flatmate of some 6 months has decided to move back to Melbourne. So I'm looking for a flat mate that values clean and tidy, who enjoys animals, and knows how to respect and work amicably in a shared space. This town house is large and quite modern in a quiet, quality neighborhood.

Description of pets
My two best mates are Zac, a 12 y.o. Maltese Cross with a voracious appetite and Luci Too, a super affectionate 9 y.o. Toy Poodle named after her predecessor. Both are rescue dogs. The one super important house rule is to ensure the front gate is closed firmly at all times.
