Hey I'm Ashleigh.

I'm a 26 year old female who has 2 big dogs. I'm very easy going but have a few basic rules which ill list below. I normally work 6 days a week in sales, up early in the mornings and in bed generally around 9pm so looking for a housemate that can be respectful/considerate of that.
Sundays are generally my day off and I like to use it to plan/prepare for my week/s ahead. Cleaning, meal prep etc

I'm very big on energy and general household energy too - looking for a clean/respectful person - someone with a positive outlook not coming home bringing negativity into the home or someone that complains about life constantly.
We would be sharing a bathroom so cleaning up after yourself is a must - I understand the odd thing here or there but in general just cleaning up the common areas after you've finished + putting things back after you've used them.

I don't mind what you do for work/ what you do in your personal life as long as you are a respectful, nice human that pays their rent on time :)
I am preferably looking for single person but would consider the right couple under the right circumstances.
Smoking okay but outside if you're going to - Not looking for anyone that touches hard drugs though.

Looking for someone that is good with having dogs around - they are quite large, both with just as large personalities, super friendly + basically big babies.
Preferably looking for someone without pets or a smaller pet. I would consider having other pets here depending on what they are - The dogs are good with other animals but sorry no more dogs on the property - a cat could be considered.

As long as you clean up after yourself, treat the house with respect + keep on top of the rent than i'm happy :)
