House is shared with 2 others 1 male and 1 female, bathroom is shared with female who works from home, or is at University (mature student).
Suit mature person, must like dogs 1 elderly pug in situ.
Not a party house but like to have a beer or glass of wine or two.
Applicant is subject to owners approval and will be added to the lease
$350/week includes bills and internet. 2 weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks bond (will be lodged with RTA).
