Im looking for a suited lady ageing from approx 30yr to 45yrs old to share my property. The property has two levels, it has a lower living area and an upper living area for separate living space. This allow us to have our own area's when we need time to ourselves. The room to let is the master bedroom with ensuit, walk through robes and lock up garage will be available for your vehicle. It has ducted air con, laundry and kitchen appliances already here, tv's already in living areas and the property is just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. It has a great outdoor courtyard for use as well. All bills will be shared but i will put a larger portion in because of my girls.

About the occupants
My name is Daimon, i work fulltime, have two girls, a partner and she also has a son. The property is generally really quiet and clean with all the mod cons which allows for a relaxed and stress free environment. I do have my little cuties every second weekend, so the house gets busier but my girls are well behaved, respectful and helpful. We are normally out and about but do enjoy chilling with a movie. Im active, focused, driven, busy but social and friendly. I love having my own space but enjoy people ( some people 😉 )
