Provided is a crazy fast, 1000 Mbps down, 50 Mbps up, HFC NBN unlimited connection. We offer fast Wi-Fi 7, tested up to ~400 Mbps, but we also have wired a direct gigabit ethernet connection to both your bedroom and your living room - tested up to 989 Mbps down, and 50 Mbps up! At top of stairs on your way in or in car port, you can get that same speed over WiFi.

Easy free parking right out front off the street. If you want to park on the street or have a visitor over, between 4pm Fri and 9am Mon, parking in the area is unlimited and free. Otherwise, it's free for 2P duration. To get around that restriction, let us know in advance and we can assign up to two visitor cars with temporary digital parking permits.

I work part-time for a charity here in Brisbane - working from home almost all of the time - and I come from an arts background.
