Huge house and plenty of space so not everyone is on top of each other. So many different rooms for entertaining, watching tv or just chilling solo.

We are looking for someone easy going and clean. During the week we are pretty quiet, go the gym after work, cook meals and chill out. Weekends we love to have a beer with mates and be out and about. Looking for someone else who is social but has their own thing going on as well. Always keen to make new friends and happy for the new housemates to have their mates over to.

The room available is a large room and has beautiful views, slight water views and lots of natural light. Huge and can fit a Queens size bed. there is a table, bed side table and double bed base in the room that can be left so it's furnished, would just need a mattress as there's a built in wardrobe. Can empty the room though if you have your own furniture

This house is huge, we have 2 garages, one is a stand alone garage which is perfect for playing darts, beer fridge, lots of tools and stuff if you wish to build things. Will be empty if you need to store stuff as well.

There are 2 bathrooms, one inside the house, then another shower and toilet in the laundry out the back.

Huge backyard which with a fire and bbq area to sit around in winter. Great for bbq's and to watch the sunsets. After only using the dining room table 3 times in 3 years we converted the dining room to a chill our room.

At the end of our street is the b line bus stop, takes 20 minutes to get into the city and the bus comes every ten minutes. Also dangerously close to kfc and Dan Murphys at the end of the street which is the ultimate hangover cure. Aldi, Woolies and Bunnings all 1 minute away. Few minute drive to the beach. Do have slight water views from the house to. Manly Dam is right behind the house to which is great for bush walks and exercise.

We have all the apps, Netflix, Binge, Stan, Amazon Prime. Internet, gas for cooking and heating, dishwasher.
