About the occupants
Hi, we are a couple both aged 37. We were both born and raised in Perth. Everyone in our home works full-time. My husband works 'fly in fly out' on the mines (roster is week on and week off). We also have an international student/worker renting another spare room, so you will be sharing the second bathroom with 1 male. So, our perspective tenant will be living with just me and the international student for a week each fortnight. We have two very small and friendly pugs who are apart of our family. They are inside dogs, so our ideal tenant would need to be comfortable with this.

I am looking for a person who has a job. International people are very welcomed. Cleaning is a shared responsibility. The ideal tenant will need to take turns cleaning their shower/bathroom once a week with the other international student.
