Looking for someone to live and look after a beautiful character home in a centralised location, while myself and partner travel for 3 months from July onwards. Just a 2 minute drive to the Meltham Train Station (10 minute walk) and a 10 minute train ride into Perth CBD. Very close local shopping centres.
