You’ll enjoy a large private bedroom with window and natural light. Each room will have a single bed, mattress and chair provided. You’ll have plenty of space to add anything further you need.
1 bedroom available for rent. Renters will be co-renters under a single lease agreement with the landlord. Price differs based on size. Electricity, gas and water bills will be added to rent when incurred, shared equally between number of persons living in house on the date of the bill.
Bedroom 5 (17.94sqm): $400 p/w rent for single occupancy; $550 p/w rent for double occupancy
If double occupancy, you will need to discuss with housemates about how to compensate them for crowding out the house/use of bathroom/kitchen etc.
The shared common areas comprise dining room, family room, kitchen and laundry. There are two full bathrooms upstairs and also a third toilet downstairs. The common areas will be furnished with fridge, microwave, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dining table and chairs. Front yard, court yard and back yard are yours to share and enjoy with minimal maintenance.
