Description of the home

I offer my room in a shared flat in Brisbane CBD in a student accomodation (STUDENTS ONLY - female prefered).

Move in date is flexible but should be end of May/ beginning of June.

You have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with one other person. The flat is a shared flat (6 people in total) - kitchen and living room space are shared together. You will live with 4 other girls (one room is free at the moment), who are very friendly, tidy and helpful. They respects your privacy but are also happy for a talk or dinner together.

It's a great place to live - in the Center of CBD, level 20 with amazing city views. Only a few minutes from Queen Street, Shops, Botanical Gardens, Central Station and Universities (especially QUT Gardens Point Campus).

The residence offers common areas like a gym, BBQ area, terrace, laundry room, movie room, study room and a poolbilliardtable and tabletennis.
The shared areas in the flat are cleaned once a week.
From Monday to Friday you get free breakfast (8-10am) and somedays (several times a month) they organize special events, e.g. DIY projects, movie nights, sport events, banking/cooking,...

There is a reception and also after hours staff that help you with any problems.
It's a very save place.

I loved living here and had a great time. I can only recommend this place.

Due to university reasons I have to go back to my hometown and will move out of this amazing flat.
