Description of the home

Hi everyone, up for offer is a large spacious 4 bedroom home, I will be staying in 1 of the rooms. I work FIFO and am away for majority of the week/month. I bought this home to create a safe and comfortable space for myself and am looking for house mates who are wanting the same. The house is currently empty and I am working towards furnishing it, all rooms will be furnished by the end of May which is when it will be available.

I’ve also put the length of stay for 12 months but open to less or longer stay, message me to discuss it further :)

The house is also pet/smoke free and I am hoping people can be respectful of this.
