The space has a private entrance, queen sized bed, ensuite and somewhere for guests to sleep too, the space is open and roomy. Ideal for single person,must be employed on a full time basis. Rent is $290pw including bills. There is a kitchenette but you’d be welcome to use the kitchen in the main house too, which is occupied by me. pm me for more details
