3 story townhouse, very close to public transport (2 minute walk to 109 tram and ten minute walk to North Richmond Station). Grounf floor is secure off-street parking and Adarsh's bedroom. First floor is kitchen, living and courtyard. Second floor has the 2 available rooms and a shared bathroom.

The garage is double length, so there is plenty of room for storage as well as a car. Kitchen and living areas get plenty of natural light and there are large double sliding doors leading to the courtyard, so the place feels pretty massive.

10 minute walk to either Yarra Bend Park/Abbotsford Convent, Victoria Gardens and some great cafes down towards Bridge Road as well as Abbotsford. There's also a great farmers market every Saturday at Citizen's Park which again is only about 10 minutes away. Most of the time I found I didn't need a car for any necessities.

The house has a homely feel to it, with it being calm and great deal of privacy offered to all the residents who live here. If you want a house where you can relax and be part of a friendly and helpful environment, this is the place to be!

Would prefer someone working full time or equivalent. Would also need to be comfortable with a lease and bond transfer. Pets may be allowed.
