Hi All, I'm in my first home only 1yr old so everything is very new. You will share with me and 1 other and also my doggo benji who is small-medium size dog and doesn't shed as he is a poodle cross. You and the 1 other will share the fairly large main bathroom, you'll have your own room unfurnished. I also have a big kitchen and lots of pantry space.

Bills and expenses

Rent includes internet and most of the electricity (as I have solar) so you will only pay your portion of what exceeds this. So bills will be the additional electricity (if any), your portion of gas (runs to stove top and hot water only). Only other possible bills in future would be extras like splitting bill for netflix or cleaners but this is not currently in place and would need to be agreed upon by all members of the household.

Description of pets
Benji is a pretty well behaved doggo. He greets you super excitedly when you come home from work however generally sleeps most of the day after a little play time. He is a poodle cross so doesnt shed, is not a yapper (he has been trained to only bark at intruders/ppl that come to the door or backyard) and is 3 years old so most of the puppy silliness has passed.
