But the great thing is we are right on Victoria Park, the street is quiet, you can park right out the front and there are great pubs, bars and restaurants right in your doorstep.

About the occupants
You will be sharing with me (Monica) and Marcia the (well behaved and small) Sheltie. Iām easy to live with, warm, welcoming and sociable. Nothing weird or odd you need to be warned of. Happy to share a glass of wine and a pizza and a film but also respectfull of peoples space. I keep the house reasonably clean and there is everything here you could possibly need, including a BBQ and sunny outdoor setting. More than happy for you to have your friends over and just generally treat the house as your own. All I ask is you have a nice energy and general respect.
