Description of the home

Our home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a huge living, dining, kitchen area perfect for sharing. The room for rent comes partly furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, and a small side unit that can be used as a tv stand. We are a non smoking home. We have a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. There is separate cupboards for our own foods. The house and yard is very secure and on a very safe street.

We use split wise for food, bills etc so that everything is even and are looking for a tenant. They must be a dog lover as we have a 4 year old golden retriever who has many play dates with his other doggy friends. You must be accepting of LGBTQI community as this is a non judgemental home. You must be able to speak clear English as the current tenants don’t speak any other language than English.

About the occupants
Donna is a community nurse. My whole life revolves around my dog Teddy and it is extremely important that the housemate loves him as much as I do. I am also a gym lover so will go to the gym 4-6 times a week (feel free to join in)! The previous housemate was very untidy and did not take pride in our home so cleanliness is a big part of my routine. I am very approachable and would love to include you in my life. I do have friends over often and occasionally do have parties at the house. I also work shift work so am coming and going at all times of the day/night.

I am a fun loving, caring person who loves to share a meal and put on a movie! I am a sucker for a nice bottle of wine and sharing the bottle is even better! I would love someone who would help with Teddy as well where need be!
Description of pets
We have a 4 year old golden retriever Teddy and he is super playful and we would love someone who is a big dog lover and won’t be angry if he is barking or doing his doggy things like chewing etc. he is housetrained and is very excitable and will always greet you at the door with a big puppy grin.
