Description of the home

Balcatta is a great place to live, quite with lots of parks, local shops and easy access to freeways in all directions. There's even a Balcatta Facebook group. Innaloo, Karrinyup and the beach not far.

House is very comfortable inside with modern furniture. Kitchen is fully stocked with great appliances even a Thermomix and airfryer. great big pool to swim in. Garden's are a bit untidy but I'm working on that :-) any help appreciated!

I am a very modern down to earth Mum with 2 adult boys 19, 21 one lives in outside games room and 1 Indonesian Student live here. The house is quite after 9pm during the week as we all get up fairly early

I am a single Mum easy going with a modern outlook on life. I enjoy catching up with friends going out or staying home and watching Netflix, gardening....even though garden is a bit of a work in progress lol.

Son number 1 is 21 and a bit of cheeky lad he lives out in the games room and is an apprentice Carpenter

Son number 2 is 19 and fairly quiet he is about to study a pre apprenticeship in electrical
I also have an Indonesian boarder 23 he is very quite is studying and does Uber driving. He stays in his room most of the time
Compatible people
A good flatmate will keep their room clean and help clean communal areas. They will be mindful of keeping the noise to a minimum when others are sleeping. Have open communication, be honest, enjoy a giggle and girly things. We can cook and eat together or its okay if you prefer to do your own thing. Be flexible and happy most of the time, as we all have bad days sometimes :-)
