Description of the home

Hey there!
This is my brand new house is only a year old and I take lots of pride to keep it clean and tidy. You will only be living with myself.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 main open space living/ dining / kitchen. You will have your own bathroom and toilet. The toilet is seperate in its own powder room with sink. The laundry is spacious and there is a fair bit of storage in the laundry and linen cupboard. There is a washing machine but no dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher, big fridge, huge stove and oven, microwave ect. The kitchen has a big walk in pantry with a generous shelf each. There is also spare shelves the fridge / freezer for you.
As the owner I pay for home and contents insurance and am happy to pay that myself (this will include your furniture, clothes, ect if something was to happen) :)

Please note the living room/ dining/ kitchen are all fully equipped/ furnished already and I don't have much more room for any furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, the place is fully furnished except for your room! So please only bring furniture for your room / the linen cupboard.

Sorry no pets allowed as I am allergic to most.

Bills are additional to rent, but so far have been pretty cheap! Internet is unlimited. The electricity is monthly too, gas is every 2 months and water is every 3 months.
Otherwise I can include bills in rent for $235 a week.

I already have Netflix on Apple TV
Aircon in the living/ dining/ kitchen, the house stays pretty cool on a really hot day too!

The street is super quiet as it is a new estate, and we have no neighbours on one side and the back fence line that is still a paddock.
