It is 3 bedroom house with separate kitchen, dining area, lounge area, bathroom, laundry, toilet and sun room. There is a barby area on the side off of the lounge room.
The train is pretty much a five – ten minute walk away, at the end of the street. The main bus route is either at the other end of the street on Marion Rd or 2 streets away on Raglan Ave. We are 10-15 minutes drive from the city, the beach and Marion. Maybe a bit longer to Flinders Uni. Castle Plaza Shopping centre is 10-15 minute walk.
