Description of the home

Central Helensvale townhome, only 1 year old. House is super close to M1, Westfield, harbour town and also the Themeparks. Currently have two girls and one boy (who is fifo) living here. We are all pretty busy with work and study but are home in the evenings. Not a party house, but don’t mind a low key get together. I own the home so you don’t have to worry about landlords or leases ending.

Nbn and Foxtel available, decent kitchen plus good quality cookware to make use of. I have 1 male cat, who is a bit clingy. He will be with me when I’m home but if not he will follow you every where (including toilet :) ). House has off street parking, 1km to Helensvale station for tram/train access. House is always kept clean and neat. I enjoy playing sport, going to the gym, playing PlayStation, cooking and living a healthy lifestyle. Looking for someone like minded to join our little family.

Victoria (owner) - works about 70 hours per week, spends a lot of time at the gym and playing netball. Other than that enjoy spending time with friends, playing PlayStation, going shopping or catching a footy game.

Camille (female) - originally from Paris (speaks perfect English and is a laugh) studies full time at Griffith and also works basically full time at the casino. Is a vegetarian but isn’t bothered by other people’s choices. Very easy going

Will - FIFO worker, two weeks in 1 week off, lives an active life also studying via correspondence. Has caught the travel bug so is often travelling when home from work.

Ideally looking for someone who is clean and tidy that is very important to me. Also generally someone who likes to live a quieter life. Someone who is respectful of the house and the furnishings within the home, but also someone who enjoys making friends and having a chat every now and then.
