Best part about my house is the LOCATION. 10 minutes from CBD and districts of North Adelaide, Walkerville and Prospect. It's also directly opposite large recreation park, oval and sporting facilities (public gym, tennis courts) which is perfect for running and enjoying the outdoors.
Ground floor semi-detached unit 1 in small and quiet group of 5. Wide streets with plenty of parking options.

I work full time monday to friday in the city, and hoping to pick up my casual job on weekends back up once bars reopen properly. I enjoy reading, cooking, wine, getting outside, and catching up on a good doco or some trashy bach or MAFS every now and then.
The place isnt huge so being considered and concious is important, as well as someone who values cleanliness and tidyness.
Being friends in the home is important but having our own space is also key. The third bedroom pictured is a second living room for this purpose, so if you decide to bring friends around neither of us are forced to stay in our room.
