Description of the home
Awesome little house in Fullarton, THE place to be! Technically the house is a maisonette but feels like a small house as we are at the front of the block with a wrap around garden and just the one shared back wall. There's a little spot in the backyard affectionately referred to as the 'bust shelter' as it used to be a shed that has been converted into the undercover couch chatting spot! It's not fancy but it has been the site of many a good laugh and chat.
The location is prime! We are under two minutes walk from a a great little cafe, Vietnamese restaurant and a 24 hour petrol station. Also opposite a Celebrations, very handy! Bus stop is 15 secs from the front door with bus directly into the city. Woolworths is 10 minutes walk up the road, as is fancy Foodland. Unley Rd is a 20 minute walk away, 5 mins if you drive, ditto Glen Osmond Rd.
House itself has a shared one bathroom, kitchen and lounge area with open fire. We also have ducted aircon. Bedroom has a ceiling fan too and has been freshly painted.
Absolutely must be an animal lover as I have two fluffy cats who are awesome and of course, are as dear to me as any family member so any new flatmate definitely needs to be a cat person! I definitely include the boys as a best feature of the house!
We have an undercover carport with roller door access which would be available to you as I don't have a car but street parking is also cool as we are on the corner of a side street which has so far proven perfectly safe to park on.

Bills and expenses
Bills that are split evenly between two are electricity and internet.
Electricity is done on bill smoothing so we are never hit with one big bill. It currently works out to $60 each a fortnight which covers us perfectly. If usage goes up, we will need to increase payments.
Internet is currently unlimited and $69 a month which we would split, so $34.50 each a month.
Option to join in on house contents insurance too, which can be discussed but on current plan would be $25 a month.

- Socialising
I'm pretty chilled out and work quite a bit so when I'm home I'm generally just looking to Netflix and eat! I'm a social kinda chick but also enjoy my down time. I like a glass of wine and a chat but don't have to be your new bestie!
I run a vintage clothing business in the city and work a second job too, so I'm at work 5-6 days a week.
I like to keep the place clean and tidy but by no means a neat freak. I'm all about using common courtesy and respect. I'm a grown adult with no kids and not looking to play mum to anyone! It's equal standing, with equal responsibility for keeping the house running smooth.
Most importantly, I'm into all thing pop culture! Music, movies, art, fashion....these things are glue! That and good food and wine!
George (Boy George, Georgie, Georgie-smoosh, Smoosh, Georgette, little tiger...etc) is the chonky one. He's my boy, he's permanent. He's a bit shy but once he knows you, he'll just wanna hang out. He's the lap cat of the two but mainly in winter. I'm not sure it's love or warmth he's after! He seems to warm up to girls quicker than boys, I don't know why.
Butch (B-boy, Beef, Bee, Beefer, little lion, handsome face...face...etc) is the fluffier of the two but that's mainly all he is, floof. He is technically my ex's but I have current custody. Not sure if/when I'll have to hand him over. B is beautiful in nature. Super gentle and lovely. You can face plant into B's belly and he'll just purr at you.
The boys have a cat door and are free to come and go as they please during the day but I try and lock them in after dinner at night. George is easy and sticks to this rule....Beef...well he's running an 80% home on time schedule at the moment!
