-23 year old young woman, Georgia, working as an interior designer, an artist, who is always up for a drink together in the courtyard with housemates, fun, and always going to the markets looking for new art pieces or furniture for the home.
-22 year old young woman who loves literature, and trecking in the wilderness, studying her Master in Ed, works as a teachers aid, loves to travel, 27 year old woman works as park ranger, 22 year old young man who moved in 1/11/23 ‘’Love the place I'm really social, get along with anyone and always respect personal space and time. I'm very tidy and make sure I always clean up after myself. I work full time at NIDA and on the weekends I'm usually outdoors, going for a ride or run.” Works as a volunteer with State Emergency Services assisting with flood rescue.
And Pat who owns the place and shares the room with Liz (pat stays there occasionally, arriving late leaving, when Liz is away on Prac or uni holidays). Pat loves yoga, plays music and works in marrickville 2 days a week and otherwise stays at partner Stuart’s place at the edge of the blue mountains.
Share kitchen and washing machine with three others.

Rent is $350 per week, includes bills (except wifi).
Included in bills: cleaner every fortnight, gas, electricity.
Wifi (unlimited through Telstra) is an additional approx: $24 a month.
