Spacious 4 bedroom home in quiet area with own bathroom and separate toilet. Own small lounge room (just need to supply own tv) as well as use of shared large kitchen, dining and lounge. Also have a medium sized undercover entertaining area with outdoor lounge and small yard. The room has a queen size bed and built in wardrobe with shelving. The small lounge area has a bookshelf for a tv to sit on and a couch. The bed can be taken out of the room if you have your own furniture though and there is a garden shed and another bedroom which other items can be stored in if required. One car space available in remote lockable garage with street parking available also. Xbox, unlimited internet, water, electricity, gas and use of household appliances included. There is an air conditioner in the main lounge room and ceiling fans in all rooms. I’ve probably missed something so feel free to ask any questions. Hoping to find someone to move in who is friendly and easy going.

I am 29, work full time with Qld Health (Mon-Fri) and looking for a flatmate(s) in a 4 bedroom home that is 10 mins from SCUH and the beach. I rent this home with my husband but as he will be attending university in NSW we are looking for another person to move in. I am a non-smoker, love Disney movies and enjoy chilling on the couch watching movies, going to the beach and meeting new people. Happy to have a chat but also keep to myself. Hubby works at SCUH full time as a shift worker but due to being away you may not see much of him. He enjoys playing poker, watching movies and is also a non-smoker.
