Rent is $800pcm, all bills split equally. Bond is $850 and you'll need to go on the lease, the landlord is very chill and friendly.

It is a fully furnished 3 bedroom single story house. Bedroom can either come furnished or unfurnished just let me know.
It comes equipped with its own ceiling fan, ducted heating and built in wardrobe with hanging space. We have a front and backyard (with large covered deck perfect for entertaining) almost completely surrounded by hedges and lots of space for gardening.

There is a plenty of unrestricted street parking. Lots of windows which means the house has great airflow and is lovely and bright all the time. The kitchen is spacious & fully equipped, has a dishwasher and gas cooktop. Separate laundry with washing machine and shared bathroom with visitors as it's the main bathroom, shower is all your own.

The house is right near the bus stop and a 5 minute drive to everything you could need - Woolies, Coles, Aldi, train station, cafes and bakery's. About 50 minutes from the CBD on the train or by car.

Looking for someone respectful, lefty, and who is happy to join the vibe of the house. I would love to be friends with the person I live with, but I also need my personal space ofc.
