I am a 44 year old, full-time employed public servant, as an accountant/systems analyst. I'm a bit introverted, but have a very positive disposition and outlook on life. Honest, upfront, considerate and respectful, looking for a housemate with the same sort of ideals.

Close to many frequent bus routes, close to CBD (cheap Ubers), very central location. Close to many restaurants and shops. Good neighbours . Relaxing Koi pond - great for de-stressing. Massage chair - also great for unwinding.
