Bills and expenses

PRICES ROOM - AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY $350 for a single person, 2 weeks bond upfront and one weeks rent- non negotiable. Bills are not included but really aren't much at all and are split evenly between all housemates quarterly(gas and electricity). Internet, however, is included and is unlimited🙌🏽

HOUSEMATES?! :

GIAC: Is from Italy, now a resident in Australia he is a chef who manages a near buy cafe so he’s often home in the afternoons to let the dog out and have a lunch break, he's super friendly and social and likes to cook for everyone and bring everyone together over food and wine. Giac's girlfriend Amy who is a nutritionist is round for dinner some nights also!

YING: is from China, she works for Uber during the week in the corporate offices so is usually out all day and back pretty late, again super chatty and has some great travel stories.

TOM: is from England, him and Giac are best buds. Tom is really easy going, loves to talk about his tattoos and is very social!

MATTIA🐶: We also have the best doggo who is super friendly Border Collie so must like pets and not be scared to help tidy up after him occasionally!

We all get on amazingly as a household, we are respectful and social over dinners etc. We all work so obviously respectful of each other's schedules!

Our flat mate has to be clean and tidy and contribute to the house. Regretful and honest. We are all very sociable but we also respect someone’s space and privacy.
Description of pets
Mattia is a 1.5 year old border collie. He’s a very obedient dog, very affectionate and lively. He has a beautiful nature. He’s very clean because he’s washed regularly.
