This new house is located just four minutes from Buderim Village and only 10 minutes from Maroochydore shopping, beaches and airport. The house is also located just a short drive to the University of the Sunshine Coast and a bus stop directly outside the estate.

The rental price per week includes unlimited NBN, gas, water, lawn maintenance and a professional cleaner once a week. The electricity bill will be split between housemates. The house is fully furnished.

The room is large, directly opposite bathroom, furtherest away from other house mates and has a built in wardrobe.
