Description of the home

We have a beautiful 5 bedroom non-smoking house but 3 rooms are for guests.
Single bedroom with sofa bed. Double bedroom with twin beds (see photos) built in robe, Queen bedroom with walk-in robe. The house is fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, televisions, front and back yard for relaxing, access from the rooms to the front balcony for amazing views.

We are 3 minutes by walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the bus stop nearby to Morley Galleria Shopping Centre. We live close to Perth CBD, Royal Perth Hospital, Navitas, Metropolitan TAFE, Edith Cowan University (ECU) (10 minutes by train and car) Bus 950 from the end of the Street will also take you to the City, QEII Medical Centre (Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital) and University of Western Australia (UWA). In the opposite direction it will take you to the “Galleria” one of the major shopping centres and Coventry Markets. There is also a direct train to and from the airport which is a 7 minute ride.

We love to meet new people and have done extensive travels all around the world and love to have the opportunity to host and get to know you. We enjoy the outdoors, church, family and friends.

Proof of identification must be provided should you wish to stay.

Unfortunately you are not allowed to cook your own food. I cook every night so your welcome to have dinner $50/week. I cook vegetarian, non vegetarian and halal. Strictly no smoking in or outside the house. If you are a smoker and/or you want to do your own cooking then please find another place and don’t waste your time or mine. FYI, I do not allow inspections, if you have any queries I will be happy to address them. I can upload a video of the room.

Can pick up from airport for a fee, please contact me for the price.
