Welcome to your perfect base in Perth! This spacious 800 square metre house is located in Bayswater, on the border of Maylands, just steps away from a public oval and various sporting clubs like tennis, soccer, bowling, and croquet. The Swan River is also just a short walk away.
You'll love the convenience of this location with some of Perth's best small bars, cafes, and Beaufort Street all within a 5-minute drive, and the city just 15 minutes away.
