3 bedroom house, with two working professional male. Looking for a third person to fill the last spot !

A bit about the place, its located a 7 minute walk from Redfern station, about a 15 minute walk to Green Square. We have a nice big balcony which is a prime spot ready for summer ! The bathroom will only be shared with between yourself and one other person. We'll be trying to get washing machine and fridge sorted this week as we're pretty fresh in here ourselves and will pick stuff up accordingly.

Bills would be split between the three of us, as for the room itself is ONLY $295 ! It is the smallest room in the house, but fits a queen bed and cabinet/cupboard easy, plus a large loungeroom. Which is a bargain for a prime location so close to the city just in time for summer.

Max is 30 also works in the insurance industry but is also a sports physio and massage therapist living a pretty active lifestyle.

We're no stranger to kickons or weekend drinks, some weeknights depending on a special occasion but we are extremely considerate and kind regarding this and will respect your personal space.
