I'm looking for a friendly working person to share my 3 bedroom semi-detached house in North Annandale.

It is a renovated single storey Edwardian house with period charm and modern facilities. Fully furnished throughout with high ceilings, ornate fireplaces and fabulous hardwood floors. The weekly rent of $380 includes all bills (gas, electric, water, WiFi internet), own private sunny double room, a double bed, chair, bedside, large built-in type modern wardrobe, heater, and use of all the furnishings and amenities throughout the house. Share communal areas e.g large kitchen (with modern stainless steel appliances - dishwasher, microwave, cooker, large fridge, Barista coffee machine) bathroom, lounge and gardens with outdoor setting. The third bedroom is set up as as my study (not included). Essentially you get half a house, peace and quiet, with one other.

I'm a working professional female and some of my work is from home on weekdays. It's my own house and I'm looking for someone who can be good housemates - a friend at home but who also has a life outside the house. We might have our own friends round occasionally but not loud parties. I'm quiet, humorous, like my own space but like to share occasional dinner or a chat or coffee. There's plenty of room to have your own space.

House has a digital TV in lounge room, Wi-Fi Internet, internal laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, bathtub and shower. The available room is the bedroom in the photo - the painting's not in there now - that's one of my hobbies.

The house is situated in a fabulous elevated spot off the street on treelined pathway with treetop views at front, lush sunny yard with city views at rear, and rear lane access. Footsteps to light rail. Parking available in surrounding streets. Harbourside parks are on the doorstep. There's an iconic cafe a couple of minutes walk up the street and good cafes in Annandale village - 10 mins walk. Sunny garden front and rear.
No heavy drinkers or drugs.
