Private Room for rent available now, with a shared bathroom. 3 bedroom house located in Golden Beach (Sunshine Coast). This home is 200m walk to pumicestone passage with amazing views of Caloundra. This house is spacious and has plenty of separate areas to retreat to. Fully fenced front and back yard. We have 2 dogs and a cat so are looking for someone that likes animals as they are a part of the household.
We are looking for a person who is respectful, working full-time, has a healthy lifestyle, likes animals and pays their rent on time. We enjoy the simple things in life so we are not a big party house. However we enjoy a bbq and a bit of friendly banter from time to time.
