3 bedroom townhouse with pool and tennis court in peaceful and leafy Bardon, near the foothills of Mt Coot-tha and just 15 minutes from the city with a bus stop directly across the road. It’s like a piece of country in the heart of the city, perfect for nature lovers and hikers! It is in a secure gated complex with tennis court and resort-style pool and has a private deck overlooking a leafy garden and bush (kookaburras and scrub turkeys love to visit).

The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed and can also come unfurnished if you prefer. You would have your own bathroom and an additional bedroom for your use only, which is currently set up as a study, but can also come unfurnished. The bedrooms are located upstairs and the living room is downstairs with sliding glass doors looking on to the deck and bush. There are fly/security screens throughout with air condition in the living area.

There is also a spare mountain bike for your use if you like to ride (there are some great trails just down the road in the Mt Coot-tha forest).
