Description of the home

We’re looking for the 4th member of our Abbotsford gang.

Your bedroom is medium sized, and has built in storage space. You more or less have your own bathroom with shower and toilet (though note it is also the common laundry area). Check out the room on the floor plan – it’s downstairs.

The pad itself is a modern townhouse, check out the photos to get a feel for the place – it’s lovely. The common area is open plan with kitchen and lounge and opens onto a large back courtyard. The house has 2 car spaces and permits for street parking. We’ve even got an upright piano (which you’re welcome to play).

You will be sharing with 3 others: Sally (lawyer and musician, 31), Jasmin (dance teacher, arts administrator and psychology student, 26) and Blair (photographer and hospo extraordinaire, 25).

We’re all kind, sociable souls working full time. We like to have our own space, but equally enjoy chatting and catching up when we are home together. We’ve been living together in Richmond and will be moving together into this house on the 17th August.

We have a cat, Dash. He lives outside, but will come in for a cuddle and feed.

As we have will have just moved into the property, the rent split is still being decided but will be approximately $935 per month each.

The room is available on the 18th of August. Our preference is for someone who is ready to move or is happy to contribute to rent reasonably soon after the 18th August but we’re happy to discuss options with the right housemate ☺

We’ll be meeting our potential housemates between about 17th August - 25 August.

We aren’t looking for couples or pets at the moment.
