The bedroom is the only thing that you will need to fully furnish yourself. I can provide a double bed frame if wanted/needed. The room has an inbuilt wardrobe and two windows allowing plenty of light and fresh air. While not a en suite the bathroom and toilet are directly next to the room.

It is a gated complex with buzzer and keypad entry, both car park spots are found within. The second car park spot is adds extra fee but that will be split evenly.

Easy and quick access to Currambine St (3 min walk), also situated close to the Burns Beach Freeway exit. Currambine shops is only a 5 min drive away housing a Woolworths, cinemas and farmer jacks otherwise Joondalup St is the next Train Station where Lakeside shopping is located,

Bills and expenses

All bills will be split evenly this includes internet, gas, water and electricity. The extra parking bay is $25 a month that also is split if you own a car. Other than that food you can do your own thing and there should be no other expenses.
